Designed Around You

Custom jewellery begins with a conversation. Whether you have a gemstone you would like to use, an existing piece to remodel, or a clear design direction in mind, we shape the design around your materials, style and intended wear.

  • Work directly with an award-winning manufacturing jeweller

  • Handmade and bench-crafted in Queensland

  • Suitable for heirloom gemstones and sentimental jewellery

  • Designed specifically for you

  • No mass production or off-the-shelf settings

Investment Guide

Every project is individually quoted based on design complexity, materials and gemstones selected.

As a general guide:

  • Custom jewellery projects typically begin around $4,000

  • Projects using silver, client-supplied metals or existing gemstones may fall outside this range

  • Significant commissions featuring rare gemstones or extensive handcrafting can exceed $20,000+

Your Custom Designed Jewellery

Every project is different. Some clients arrive with a clear vision, while others need guidance with design, gemstone selection or remodelling existing jewellery. We tailor the process to suit each project.

Complex projects may involve design development, gemstone sourcing or additional concept work before production begins.

Most projects begin with an email enquiry, phone call or video consultation. This allows us to understand your ideas, budget and requirements before recommending the most suitable approach for your project.

Send through your ideas, inspiration photos, existing jewellery or stones, and any practical details such as budget, timing and how the piece will be worn.

01 Discovery & Enquiry

We discuss design direction, materials, gemstone options and what is possible. This can be done by phone, Zoom or in person. Depending on the project, design development, gemstone sourcing or concept work may be quoted separately. A design fee may apply.

02 Design Consultation

Once the design direction and materials are finalised, a detailed quotation is provided.

Depending on the project, this may include sketches, CAD drawings, renders or progress images to help you visualise the design.

A deposit secures your project, allows materials and gemstones to be sourced, and reserves workshop time for your piece.

03 Design Approval & Project Booking

Your jewellery is carefully handmade, remodelled or constructed using traditional bench or CAD techniques. Stones are set, surfaces refined and the piece is polished, checked and finished ready to wear.

04 Creation

Once your jewellery is complete, we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

Final payment is required before collection or shipment.

05 Your Finished Piece

Every Piece Is Different

Most custom, remodelling and restoration projects take 8–16 weeks from design approval and deposit. More complex commissions, stone sourcing, hand engraving or major restoration work may take longer.

We will discuss realistic timeframes during your consultation.

From Concept to Finished Piece

Every custom piece begins with an idea. Here are a few examples showing the journey from concept sketches and design renderings through to the finished jewellery.

Designs may begin as a hand sketch, CAD rendering or concept drawing before being handcrafted in our Queensland workshop.

Why Handmade?

Traditional handmade jewellery is becoming increasingly rare. While many modern pieces are designed on a computer and cast from a mould, we continue to handcraft many commissions at the bench using traditional manufacturing techniques.

For heirloom-quality jewellery, handmade construction can offer exceptional strength, durability and flexibility during the making process. It also allows a level of craftsmanship and individuality that cannot always be achieved through mass-production methods.

We use the approach best suited to each project, but where traditional handcrafting offers an advantage, we believe some pieces are worth making the old-fashioned way.
