The Custom Jewellery Process

FROM FIRST IDEA TO FINISHED PIECE

Custom jewellery begins with a conversation. Whether you have a clear design in mind, an existing piece to remodel, or gemstones you would like to use, we guide you through each step so the final piece feels personal, wearable and made to last.

Send through your ideas, inspiration photos, existing jewellery or stones, and any practical details such as budget, timing and how the piece will be worn.

01 Initial Enquiry

We discuss design direction, materials, gemstone options and what is possible. This can be done by phone, Zoom or in person.

02 Consultation & Design

Once the design direction, materials and complexity are clear, we provide a quote before work begins.

Depending on the project, this may include sketches, CAD drawings, renders or progress images to help you visualise the design.

A deposit is required before materials are ordered and production begins.

03 Quote, Approval & Deposit

Your jewellery is carefully handmade, remodelled or constructed using traditional bench or CAD techniques. Stones are set, surfaces refined and the piece is polished, checked and finished ready to wear.

04 Making the Piece

05 Final Payment, Collection or Delivery

Once your jewellery is complete, we will contact you to arrange collection or delivery.

Final payment is required before collection or shipment.

Every Piece Is Different

Some projects take only a few weeks. Others involve sourcing unusual gemstones, remodelling heirloom jewellery or creating multiple design revisions. We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide realistic timeframes for your project.
