Handmade Art Deco Platinum Ring

A handmade platinum Art Deco dress ring featuring 22 custom-cut sapphires and 33 diamonds. Family diamonds were recycled into the design, creating a one-of-a-kind heirloom piece that required more than 70 hours of craftsmanship.

The Brief

The client wanted a statement Art Deco dress ring incorporating diamonds from several sentimental family pieces while maintaining a refined vintage aesthetic.

Design Development

Multiple design concepts were explored before refining the final design. A matching suite of sapphires was sourced and custom graduated-cut specifically for this piece.

Unlike many modern pieces, much of this ring was fabricated and assembled by hand at the bench.
