3. For straightforward repairs and alterations we can often provide an initial estimate.

4. For bespoke designs, remodelling projects and gemstone sourcing, a consultation and design process may be recommended before detailed pricing is prepared.

   Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, consultation and design fees may apply.

Typical Project Timeframes

Every project is unique, and timelines vary depending on design complexity, gemstone sourcing and workshop schedules.

• Simple projects (such as basic stud earrings, resizing or straightforward repairs) can sometimes be completed within 2–4 weeks.

• For most bespoke projects, please allow 14+ weeks from initial enquiry, as consultation, design, quoting and approval happen before workshop time begins.

This timeframe allows for:

• Consultation and design discussions

• Concept sketches and revisions

• Gemstone sourcing (where required)

• Quoting and design approval

• Handcrafting and finishing

Once a project is approved and a deposit is received, most custom, remodelling and restoration pieces require approximately 12 weeks in the workshop.
